I came across Mr. Pemmaraju after having issues with the NHS not taking the problem seriously. Mr. Pemmaraju took the matter seriously and immediately spotted the problem with the previous diagnosis and recommended a change in treatment. After the surgery, I was actually worried about how little pain I felt, but it was due to how well the surgery was done and how well the wound was closed up.
